Pricing and payment rules

Product pricing, one-time payment and subscription terms

AgentMark listings may support one-time payment products, subscription products or custom service packages depending on the seller's product scope and payment-provider approval.

A one-time payment covers the listed digital access, delivery package or service scope described on the product page. It does not renew automatically unless the buyer separately accepts a subscription or renewal offer.

A subscription is billed in advance for the stated billing cycle, such as monthly or annually, and may renew automatically until canceled under the subscription cancellation terms.

Before payment is enabled, each paid listing must show the price, currency, billing type, renewal cycle if applicable, included service scope, taxes or platform fees where applicable, delivery expectations and refund terms.

AgentMark may collect account information, contact details, seller listing data, buyer request information, uploaded evidence files, transaction metadata and technical logs needed to provide and secure the service.

Payment and subscription records may include order status, renewal status, cancellation status, billing identifiers and payment-provider references. AgentMark does not store full card numbers when payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.

Data is used for account management, marketplace operations, order and subscription administration, security, fraud prevention, customer support, compliance checks and service improvement.

AgentMark does not sell customer personal data. Data may be shared with hosting providers, payment providers, compliance vendors or legal authorities when required for service delivery, risk management or legal obligations.

Users may contact AgentMark to request access, correction or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal, security and transaction-record retention requirements.

Subscription cancellation

Cancellation and renewal rules

Subscription customers may cancel future renewal before the next billing date through the account or billing flow when available, or by contacting support@agentmark.store with the account email and subscription reference.

Cancellation stops the next renewal charge. Unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by applicable law, access normally continues until the end of the already paid billing period.

AgentMark will show subscription price, billing cycle and renewal terms before checkout once live subscription payments are enabled.

If a renewal payment fails, AgentMark or the payment provider may retry payment, notify the customer, suspend renewal access, or cancel the subscription according to the product terms and payment-provider rules.

Terms of Service

User agreement summary

Users must provide accurate account, seller, buyer and listing information and must not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content.

SELLER users must review and accept the Supplier Agreement before completing seller registration. The accepted agreement version is recorded with the seller account.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of agent descriptions, prices, evidence materials, delivery claims and post-sale support commitments.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing information, evaluation summaries, evidence and applicable commercial terms before submitting purchase or access requests.

AgentMark may suspend listings, accounts or transactions that present fraud, misuse, sanctions, security, intellectual-property or compliance risks.

Refund Policy

Refund policy summary

For live transactions, refund eligibility will depend on the listed product type, delivery status, seller terms and applicable consumer or commercial laws.

For one-time payment products, refund review may consider whether the digital access, delivery file, service milestone or agreed support scope has already been delivered or consumed.

For subscription products, cancellation normally prevents future renewal charges. Refunds for the current paid period are reviewed case by case and may be declined after substantial access or usage unless required by law.

If a paid agent product is not delivered, materially differs from the listing, or cannot be accessed due to seller-side failure, the buyer may contact support for review.

Refund requests may be declined where the buyer has received the agreed digital access, used the service, violated platform terms, or requested a refund outside the stated review window.

Chargebacks, duplicate payments and suspected fraud will be handled through the payment provider and AgentMark compliance review process.

Supplier Agreement

Supplier Agreement for sellers

Supplier Agreement version: supplier-agreement-v1-2026-05-14. This Supplier Agreement applies when a SELLER registers, lists, publishes or sells AI Agent products through AgentMark.

The SELLER confirms that listing information, pricing, demos, evidence materials, intellectual-property rights, support claims and delivery commitments are accurate, lawful and not misleading.

The SELLER is responsible for delivering the listed product or service, maintaining reasonable support for paid products, honoring stated refund and cancellation terms, and cooperating with AgentMark compliance reviews.

The SELLER must not list illegal products, infringing content, malware, unauthorized data-access tools, sanctions-restricted services, misleading investment claims or products that create unacceptable fraud, security or regulatory risk.

AgentMark may review, suspend, reject or remove seller listings and may withhold access to seller workflows when required for platform safety, payment-provider rules, legal compliance, dispute handling or risk management.
